Very good food, the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it was drizzling when we got there so didn't get to sit outside. Next time!

Impressed! We stopped in for a quick bite and where pleasantly surprised when we found out the grill was having a valentines dinner special. An incredible four course meal that was quite delicious. We will be back, for sure!

Last April our K of C 4th degree Assembly had our annual dinner at the Highlands Grill. I volunteered to organize the event for 40 members and wives. It's not easy to find a local venue that checks all the boxes. But, the Highlands Grill provided a serene pastoral view, lots of non street parking, plus Kristi the banquet manager, was fantastic to work with. She made herself available for menu final tuning, linen tablecloth ideas, she provided a PA system, large wall mounted TV for the power point presentation, and Tommy the head chef served up an amazing huckleberry glazed salmon & peppercorn crusted prime rib and all the trimmings! Big kudo's and Thank You to the Post Falls Highlands Grill staff for making our banquet a success.
